It has been a journey. A fantastic one!! Several "Blue" moons ago I had a vision to build a Pub that would be a place where beer lovers could come and enjoy not only their favorite beer but have an opportunity to taste beers of different styles from all over the world and our awesome local breweries. I have had the fortunate opportunity to travel to many states and countries, drinking tasty beers along the way. My love for beer started at an early age due to the fact I grew up in the shadows of the behemoth brewery Anheuser Busch in St. Louis, Missouri. Knowing that St. Louis went from having over 3 dozen breweries prior to prohibition to 1 brewery was astonishing to me. Today, thanks to craft brewers we now have 52 today in St. Louis and now over 2,500 in the country. This has given us "the beer lover" the chance to have thousands of beers to taste. How great is that!

Building the Pub has been an exciting challenge. Early on by selecting pecky cypress trees from the St. Johns river for our hand built community and tasting room tables to carving bar stools, bar front and Camphor wood bar top. The theme and design came from many visits "possibly too many" to pubs and bars all over and realizing that none had exactly the feel that I really wanted. By selecting some of the finest woods to carve and place in our pub I was creating a comfortable lodge type atmosphere at the same time bringing in some eclectic art with the addition of three 8 foot Big "Ass" Fans inside and 12 smaller Big "Ass" Fans outside. (sorry kids but that's the real name) With 30 TV's and a fantastic sound system we can offer the sports enthusiast an incredible experience. I always enjoyed hanging out with friends listening to live music so we will be bringing you that venue as well.

Having a strong knowledge base in "Beerology" (I don't know if that's a real word) was important to me as an owner of a beer pub. So taking classes in brewing "I do brew at home", beer dispense systems Micromatic school and becoming trained through the "Cicerone" system was very important to me.

My business partner Tony and I are so proud to bring to you TAP Global Beer Collection. I hope you have a great time at our Pub.
